Terms of Sale: the energy calculator report
Last updated: 2026-10-22 Version: 1.1
These terms apply when you buy the full report of the energy calculator („Energijos skaičiuoklė“) at walteris.com/lt/skaiciuokle, or get it free with a discount code. They are the contract between you and the seller named in section 1. The Privacy Policy, section 14, says what personal data the calculator uses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Lithuanian or EU law; where a term here conflicts with such a right, the law wins.
1. Who sells
“Walteris” is a trade name of MB Energijos Ekspertai. The seller is MB Energijos Ekspertai, company code 307141622, registered at Eduardo Andrė g. 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania. VAT code LT100017885218. Contact: hello@walteris.com.
2. What you buy
One report about one home, built from that home’s own ESO metering data for the last 12 months, which you allowed us to receive. The first part of the report (your bill per year against the cheapest and dearest, and three summary cards) is free. The full report, which you buy, adds: which supplier offer and ESO plan would have cost your home the least, every offer and plan compared with its price, the tables and charts, the charts’ figures as a CSV file and, if your home has a solar plant, the settlement method for the electricity you send to the grid.
The report is backward-looking. It prices your own past consumption at the suppliers’ published offers and ESO’s published tariffs on the dates it shows. It is not a forecast of prices or of your future bills, and what you would actually pay depends on your future consumption and on prices a supplier may change. The one forward figure, for a home with a solar plant, is a replay of your own metered year to the end of the accumulation period, marked as modelled. The report is only as accurate as your meter data from ESO and the suppliers’ published prices on the dates it shows. The report is indicative only. It is information, not advice: the choice of supplier offer and ESO plan is yours. Before you choose, check the prices and terms the supplier offers now. We take no money from suppliers.
3. Price
EUR 9.99, VAT (21 %) included, unless a discount code lowers it; the price is the one on the button before you confirm. It is a single payment for one report. Nothing renews and nothing else is charged. A discount code applies to one report, cannot be exchanged for money and must be entered before paying.
4. Ordering and paying
You must be 18 or over to buy the report. You order on the report page: you tick the consent described in section 6 and choose how to pay. Payment is handled by Montonio Finance UAB, company code 305205122, Vilnius, Lithuania, a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania (licence No. 51 of 2020-11-05):
- a bank: you are taken to your own bank to approve the payment;
- a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: you pay on Montonio’s payment page.
We never see your bank login or your card details. The contract is concluded when Montonio confirms the payment to us. If the payment is cancelled, declined or never confirmed, there is no contract. If money left your account all the same, we return it within 14 days of learning of it.
If a discount code makes the report free, you tick the consent described in section 6 and press „Atidaryti ataskaitą“ (“Open the report”). No payment is made: in that case the contract, on these terms, is concluded when you press the button.
5. Delivery and access
The full report opens on the same page as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. We also email you, to the address you gave when you ordered the report, a confirmation with the price paid, the date, the report’s link and the consent you gave under section 6. A report a code made free opens at once, and its email confirms the order instead.
You can open the report for 30 days from the payment (for a report a code made free, from the order). After that the report and its data are deleted (Privacy Policy, section 14). To keep anything, download the CSV file or print the page within the 30 days.
6. Your right to withdraw, and when it ends
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends once supply has begun, if you gave your prior express consent to supply starting at once and acknowledged that you lose the right. The report is shown immediately after payment, so we sell it only with that consent: the order cannot be placed without ticking the box, which reads „Sutinku, kad ataskaita būtų parodyta iš karto, ir suprantu, kad tada prarandu teisę atsisakyti pirkimo per 14 dienų.“ (“I agree that the report is shown at once, and I understand that I then lose the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.”) The confirmation email repeats it.
If you have paid but the full report has not opened for you, you have not lost the right: section 7 applies.
7. If the report cannot be shown
If the payment is confirmed but the full report does not open, we try to fix it. If it still does not open within 24 hours of the payment, or if you ask for your money back before it has opened, we refund the full amount you paid to the account or card you paid from, within 14 days. Write to hello@walteris.com with your order number, which is in the payment confirmation email and on the report page. To withdraw from the purchase before the report has been shown to you, write to hello@walteris.com: we confirm by email and refund within 14 days of your email.
8. If something in the report is wrong
The law gives you remedies if the report does not conform to these terms: to have it brought into conformity, a price reduction, or your money back. Write to hello@walteris.com with the report’s link and what is wrong. We answer within 14 days.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the report is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the report, such as changing supplier, offer or ESO plan, or for losses arising from them. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or in other cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Nor does it limit your right to have the report corrected, a price reduction or your money back (section 8).
10. Complaints and disputes
Write to us first at hello@walteris.com. We answer within 14 calendar days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt), which resolves consumer disputes out of court, within one year of writing to us. You may also go to court.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
12. Changes
The version of these terms in force when you paid for the report, or ordered it free, applies to your order. The version and date are at the top.
